Tiara. Effective 6 July 2026.

These terms are an agreement between you and Moonshot Media Limited for your use of the Tiara app. By downloading or using Tiara, you agree to them.

1. The app

Tiara is a personal planning tool for the family running a quinceanera. It helps you organise the padrinos, the court, the ceremonies, the guests, the budget, and the words. Tiara is a planning tool, not a cultural or religious authority. Your family sets the traditions, and your parish is the authority on the Mass. Tiara is a companion, not a substitute for your own judgement, your family, or your parish.

2. Your content

Everything you enter belongs to you. It is stored on your device and, if you use iCloud, in your own private iCloud account. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping your own backups through iCloud.

3. One-time purchase

Tiara is free to download and explore. A single one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase unlocks the full app permanently on your Apple account, for every daughter and every quince. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Purchases and any refunds are handled by Apple under the terms of the App Store. You can restore your purchase on a new device with Restore Purchases.

4. Acceptable use

Please use Tiara only for its intended personal purpose, and do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app.

5. Intellectual property

Tiara, its name, design, and built-in content are owned by Moonshot Media Limited. The speech wording you create with Tiara is yours to use freely.

6. Disclaimer and liability

Tiara is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moonshot Media Limited is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the laws of your country that cannot legally be limited.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be on this page with the effective date above.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
