Bushido Terms of Service

Effective date: 17 June 2026

These terms govern your use of Bushido (the “App”), a self-mastery and discipline tracker for iPhone from Moonshot Media Limited.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and these terms.

Bushido Pro & purchases

The App is free to explore. Logging progress — keeping vows, the daily trial, editing your Code — requires Bushido Pro, available as an auto-renewable subscription (Yearly with a 7-day free trial, or Weekly) or as a one-time Lifetime purchase. Optional cosmetic packs (enso themes and crests) are one-time purchases. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase. Prices are shown in the App.

Guidance, not advice

Bushido’s virtues, precepts, prompts and trials are original writing intended for self-reflection and motivation. They are not medical, psychological, therapeutic, or professional advice, and the App is not a substitute for such advice. Use your own judgement, and seek a qualified professional for any matter that warrants one.

Your content

The vows and reflections you write are yours. They stay on your device and in your own iCloud; we neither access nor moderate them.

Acceptable use

Use the App lawfully. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or interfere with the App except as permitted by law.

No warranty & liability

The App is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Moonshot Media Limited is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the App.
