Bags Terms of Service

Effective date: 10 August 2026

These terms govern your use of Bags (the “App”), a cornhole score keeper for iPhone and iPad from Moonshot Media Limited.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and these terms.

Bags Pro and subscriptions

Bags Pro is available as an auto-renewable subscription, weekly at $4.99 or yearly at $14.99, each with a 7 day free trial, or as a one time Lifetime purchase at $19.99. One purchase unlocks every feature on every device signed into the same Apple ID.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the period. Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.

Rules of play

The App ships default rules for cornhole and its house variants. Informal rules differ from yard to yard, so every rule in the App is a toggle you can change. The defaults are our reading of how the game is commonly played and are not the rules of any governing body or organisation.

Ratings and statistics

Player ratings, leaderboards and statistics in the App are calculated from the matches you record on your own devices. They are an in app estimate for your own group and are not an official ranking of any kind.

Acceptable use

Use the App lawfully. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or interfere with the App except as permitted by law.

No warranty and liability

The App is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Moonshot Media Limited is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the App.
