Splat Terms of Service

Effective date: 14 June 2026

These terms govern your use of Splat (the “App”), a racquetball scoreboard for iPhone and Apple Watch from Moonshot Media Limited.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and these terms.

Splat Pro & subscriptions

Splat Pro is available as an auto-renewable subscription (weekly or yearly, each with a 7-day free trial) or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase. Prices are shown in the App.

Acceptable use

Use the App lawfully. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or interfere with the App except as permitted by law.

No warranty & liability

The App is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Moonshot Media Limited is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the App.
