Does everyone need to download it?
No. Bow runs on one phone and passes around the room. Nobody else installs anything, makes an account, or scans a code. One person hosts, everyone plays.
Can we play with no preparation at all?
Yes. Every game is playable in under a minute from a cold start. Loading her photos in beforehand and typing your own bingo squares make it better, but nothing is required.
How does Gift Bingo work during the gift opening?
Before she starts unwrapping, Bow deals a different card to every guest and you send them to the group chat as pictures. As she opens each gift you tap the matching square on the master board, and the app calls a line and a full house. It turns the longest part of the afternoon into the best one.
Are the photos I load private?
Completely. Photos you use in games stay on this phone. They are kept in Bow’s own folder, are not synced to iCloud, are never uploaded, and are never part of anything you share. Settings has a Delete All Photos control that removes every one of them.
Is there any drinking in it?
None at all. There are no drinking prompts and no drinking games anywhere in Bow, because a shower is a room with her grandmother, her aunts and her friends in it. The forfeits are charades grade.
Is it about the groom?
No. Bow is entirely about the bride. There are no partner questions and no couple quizzes, on purpose. It is her day, and every game points at her.
Do I have to pay? Is there a subscription?
Bow is free to download and explore. The full app unlocks with a single one-time purchase. There is no subscription and no recurring charge, ever. One payment, yours forever.
How do I restore my purchase on a new phone?
Open Settings in Bow and tap Restore Purchases. As long as you use the same Apple account, the app unlocks again at no extra cost.
Will the details survive if I reinstall or change phones?
If you are signed in to iCloud, the names, the running order and the keepsake sync to your private iCloud and come back when you reinstall Bow or set up a new device. Photographs stay on the original device by design.
Does it work on iPad, or on a TV?
Both. Bow runs on iPhone and iPad, and Bride Trivia throws the board onto a television over AirPlay if there is one in the room. The phone-only board is just as good.
