Brook Privacy Policy

Moonshot Media Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates Brook, a personal bladder diary app for iPhone (the “App”). This policy explains how we handle information. The short version: we do not receive any of it.

We do not collect your data

Brook has no account, no sign-in and no server. Everything you enter, including visits, drinks, leaks, urges, amounts, times and notes, is stored only on your device and, if you have device backups switched on, in your own Apple backups. We do not collect, transmit, sell or share your personal data. There are no analytics or tracking SDKs in the App, and no third-party code of any kind.

Brook does not use iCloud sync. Your diary is not mirrored to any cloud database, including ours.

Health information

What you record in Brook is health-related, which is exactly why it stays on your phone. Brook does not read from or write to Apple Health. It does not share your entries with us, with Apple, or with anyone else.

Reminders

Reminders are scheduled as local notifications on your device. They are not sent from, or routed through, any server. Their wording is deliberately neutral and never mentions what the App is for.

Reports and exports

When you tap share on a PDF report or a CSV export, the file goes wherever you send it: your printer, your email, another app, or a file on your phone. That is the only way information leaves your device, and it only happens when you choose it. We never receive a copy.

Purchases

Brook Premium is sold through Apple’s In-App Purchase. Apple processes the transaction; we never see your payment details. Purchase validation happens on-device through the App Store, which is the only network connection the App makes.

Erasing your data

Settings contains an “Erase everything” button that deletes every entry from your device. Deleting the App removes its data as well. Because we never held a copy, there is nothing for you to ask us to delete.

Children

Brook is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it.
