Common questions

What does Sisu actually track?

Hard things you face and how much you didn’t want to do them (your “resistance”). From that it shows a single core, a tempering rank, your personal-best Limit Line, the things you’re avoiding (your Flinch List), and any Endurance Trials.

What counts as a “hard thing”?

The discomfort of effort and avoidance — a dreaded call, dodged work, an uncomfortable ask. Sisu is never about physical endurance of harm.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Sisu. You can also restore a previous purchase from Sisu’s own Settings.

I changed my mind — can I get a refund?

Purchases are handled by Apple. Request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I reset my data?

Sisu → Settings → Reset all data. This erases your data from the device; your subscription is not affected.
