Bushido Privacy Policy

Moonshot Media Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates Bushido, a self-mastery and discipline tracker app for iPhone (the “App”). This policy explains how we handle information.

We do not collect your data

Bushido has no account and no sign-in. Everything you enter — the vows in your Code, your kept-vow records, daily reflections, and your reason for walking the path — is stored on your device and, if iCloud is enabled, synced through your own private iCloud. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share your personal data, and we have no analytics or tracking SDKs.

iCloud sync

Your progress syncs through Apple’s CloudKit private database — that is, your own iCloud account — so it follows you to your other devices and survives reinstalling the App. This data lives in your personal iCloud; it never reaches any server of ours, and we have no access to it. Sync is handled entirely by Apple. You can manage iCloud in your device Settings.

Reminders

The morning and evening reminders are scheduled as local notifications on your device. They are not sent from, or routed through, any server.

Purchases

Bushido Pro and the optional cosmetic unlocks are sold through Apple’s In-App Purchase. Apple processes the transaction; we never see your payment details. Entitlement is verified on-device via the App Store.
