Opa Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Opa (the “App”), a Greek travel phrasebook for iPhone and iPad from Moonshot Media Limited. This document is the End User License Agreement (EULA) for the App.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and these terms.

Opa Pro & subscriptions

Opa is free to download. The Greetings & Basics category is free to use forever including its audio, as is the whole Alphabet section of the Decoder. Opa Pro unlocks the full Menu & Signs Decoder, every category, all audio, the word-by-word breakdowns, the Show the Card screen and Practice. It is available as an auto-renewable subscription (Weekly or Yearly, each with a 7-day free trial) or as a one-time Lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase. Prices are shown in the App.

Translations and Content

All phrases, translations, pronunciations and audio in this app are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. While we work to keep content accurate, translations are generated and localized content may contain errors, and we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness or fitness for any particular purpose. The app is not intended for use in emergencies or in medical, legal, financial or other situations where accuracy of communication is critical, and must not be relied upon in such situations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moonshot Media Limited accepts no liability for any loss, damage or consequence arising from use of or reliance on the app’s content.

Acceptable use

Use the App lawfully. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or interfere with the App or its bundled content except as permitted by law.

No warranty & liability

The App is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Moonshot Media Limited is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the App.
