Is my information private?

Yes. Everything you enter stays on your device and, if you use iCloud, in your own private iCloud account. We never see it. See our Privacy Policy.

Will my plan survive if I reinstall or change phones?

If you are signed in to iCloud, your plan syncs to your private iCloud and comes back when you reinstall Kvell or set up a new device.

Does Kvell decide religious questions?

Never. Kvell is a planning tool. Practice varies by community, synagogue, and family, so every religiously flavoured default in Kvell is a suggestion you can change, and your rabbi and synagogue are always the authority.

How do the writing companions work?

You answer a few warm questions and Kvell assembles a real, personal parent speech, Friday toast, or candle introduction on your device from a hand-written template library. You can shape the tone, swap any line, edit every word, and rehearse with the built-in teleprompter at a speed you control. Your child’s d’var Torah is different: Kvell only provides an outline and prompts, and your child writes every word themselves with their tutor.

Do I have to pay? Is there a subscription?

Kvell is free to download and explore. The full app unlocks with a single one-time purchase. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

How do I restore my purchase on a new phone?

Open Settings in Kvell and tap Restore Purchases. As long as you use the same Apple account, the app unlocks again at no extra cost.

Can I plan for more than one child?

Yes. One payment covers every child, forever. Add the next simcha whenever the date lands on the calendar, copy your guest list across as a starting point, and switch between them instantly. Finished simchas archive with everything intact.
